Abstract

1480315 Weather shields CYPLAS INDUSTRIES PTY Ltd 18 March 1976 [9 May 1975] 19673/75 Heading B7J A weather shield for a car window includes an air vent 11 in its leading edge which is closed by a pivoted flap 12. The vent includes a cover 10 or a scoop open at its leading edge direct air towards the interior of the car. The flap 12 is held in its adjusted position by the internal friction of its hinge, by a stay, or by a ratchet and pawl arrangement. The flap carries a sealing strip 20 seating against a bracket 17 attached to the door frame. The weather shield is provided with a drainage hole 24.
