Abstract

1480160 Scrapers B O HOYLAND 12 Sept 1975 37663/75 Headings E1F and E1G In a tractor-drawn scraper for farm road maintenance and snow clearing a transverse scraper blade 2 is mounted on a frame 1 between a single non-adjustable forward wheel 4 and a pair of vertically-adjustable rear wheels 3, the anchorages 5 for the pivotal attachment of the tractor draw bars being so positioned that the forward end of the frame 1 will contact the underside of the tractor differential as the draw bars are raised for transport and thereby tip the frame to raise the scraper well clear of the road.
