1478819 Aminomethylcyclohexane carboxylic acid derivatives RORER ITALIANA SpA 31 July 1975 [1 Aug 1974] 32097/75 Heading C2C Novel compounds of Formula I wherein R<SP>1</SP> is H or C 1-6 alkyl and R is CnH 2n+n1 -CO- where n is an integer from 4 to 20 and n<SP>1</SP> is + 1, - 1, - 3 or - 5 and salts thereof with Na, K, Ca, Mg, A1 and amino acids and prepared by reaction of a compound of Formula II with an acid halide R-halogen and optimal salt formation. Pharmaceutical compositions in conventional forms and having antitoxic, antihyperlipidic, antiatherosclerosis, antiphlogistic and gastroprotective activity comprise an above novel compound and a carrier or diluent.
