Abstract

1472975 Moulding carbon filled sulphur electrodes BRITISH RAILWAYS BOARD 26 Feb 1975 [7 Jan 1974] 646/74 Heading B5A [Also in Division H1] An electrode of a sodium-sulphur cell (see Division H1) is made either by impregnating carbon felt with molten sulphur and pressing the composite into a mould, or by compressing the felt in a mould and injecting molten sulphur into the mould under pressure.
