Abstract
1464927 Oscillator circuits SIEMENS AG 3 May 1974 [10 May 1973] 19452/74 Heading H3T A temperature compensation circuit for an oscillator comprises a capacitance diode, D1 or D2, which serves to determine the resonant frequency and which is controlled by a voltage derived from a potential divider one arm of which includes a temperature dependent resistor 4 in series with an adjustable resistor 5. As described, to variable capacity diodes D1, D2 are connected in series back-to-back, and the control voltage is applied to their junction. The potential divider includes a second adjustable resistor 6 shunting the series connected elements 4, 5 to compensate for changes in amplitude of the voltage U applied to the potential divider.
