Abstract

1456609 Optical apparatus OCULUS OPTIKGERATE GmbH 28 May 1974 23615/74 Heading G2J Apparatus for plotting the centre points of spectacle lenses comprises a support 4 which carries a chart of the spectacle frame 7 worn by a patient 1, and a semi-transparent mirror 3 which enables an optician to see the patient's eyes and spectacle frame in coincidence with the chart, the support 4 being mounted for universal adjustment about a joint 5. A second system of mirrors 8, 9, 10, 9 being semi-transparent, enables the centres of the pupils in their reading positions relative to the frame 7 to be marked on the chart. The support 4 may comprise a magnet, in which case the chart incorporates a magnetic material.
