Abstract
1454562 Electrolytic capacitors TELEFONAKTIEBOLAGET L M ERICSSON 16 Jan 1974 [19 Jan 1973] 02086/74 Heading HIM The anode and cathode leads for a solid electrolytic capacitor 1 comprise parts 4 and 3 respectively of a punched solderable metal strip 5 part 3 being bent so as to lie parallel to the plane of the strip and contact a planar surface of the anodised and cathode material coated anode body. Part 3 has an area at least as great as the planar surface so as to provide a low resistance connection. The capacitor may be encapsulated prior to severing the leads from the carrier portion of the strip 5.
