Abstract

1442212 Hoists LINDEN-ALIMAK AB 18 July 1973 [20 July 1972] 34251/73 Heading B8H Hoisting apparatus comprises a carriage 1 having a vertically extending frame by which it is vertically guided along a tower structure 2, Fig. 1, and a platform 5 extends horizontally from the frame, the hoisting apparatus also comprising a plurality of interchangeable load carriers which are connectable individually to the platform 5, one of the load carriers being a concrete container 6 whose understructure 7 is temporarily fastened to the platform 5 by means of screws, and electric tilting machinery 8 of the concrete container 6 is connected by a plug 9 to a terminal box 10 mounted permanently on the carriage 1, and the operation of the hoisting apparatus and the tilting of the concrete container 6 is controlled as desired from one of two push-button control means 11 attached on both sides of the carriage 1. The concrete container 6 can be replaced by a cage 12 for passenger transport, Fig. 3, the latter being provided inwardly with a control means 13, which is connected to the terminal box 10 by means of a plug 14 so that the operation of the hoisting apparatus is controlled from the interior of the cage 12 without making use of the control means 11. Movement of the carriage 1 along the tower structure 2 is effected by means of electric hoist machinery 3 which engages with a rack (not shown) on the structure 2.
