Abstract

1441451 Hinges &c RONSON PRODUCTS Ltd 22 Feb 1974 [23 Feb 1973] 9139/73 Heading E2F [Also in Division F4] A cigarette lighter cover for a recess containing service points comprises an integral body formed of plastics material, such as polypropylene, having a flap 1 hinged by a reduced portion 15 to a further portion 2 provided with a spigot 3 having a circumferential rib 4 for fitting into a suitably shaped socket provided in the body of the lighter. The spigot may be divided into two limbs 13 to facilitate a snap fit. Projections 14 may be provided on the flap to flex against the walls of the recess to hold the cover in the closed position.
