Abstract

1441015 Rotary cultivator WESTWOOD ENG Ltd 28 Aug 1974 [18 Sept 1973] 43660/73 Heading A1B A rotary cultivator with an adjustable working depth control member 4, provided with a ground-engaging foot 6 comprises a rotary tine assembly 1 and a wheel assembly 3 which pivots about a pin 14 and is biased with an over-centre action by a spring into either a transporting position or an operating position. Either one of two projections on the wheel assembly 3 engages a notch in the depth control member 4 when the wheel assembly is in its transport or working positions. When the assembly is not in either of these positions the depth control member 4 may be slid freely in a housing 8.
