Abstract

1433318 Transformers INDESIT INDUSTRIA ELETTRODOMESTICI ITALIANA SpA 23 Sept 1974 [24 Sept 1973 5 July 1974] 41325/74 Heading HIT [Also in Division H2] A device for providing E.H.T. comprises a high frequency transformer with a ferrite core, formed of two "C" cores 5, 6, a primary winding 2, a secondary winding 3, and a silicon diode 4, the windings and diode being encapsulated in a polyester resin 12 within a container 13 injection moulded in a polycarbonate based resin. The "C" cores are clamped together by U-bolt 7, 8 with plates 9, 10. A flange 23 on the container is provided with bushings 24 for terminal pins 25. The diode 4 may be connected in series between the primary and secondary windings (Fig. 8, not shown) or between earth or other reference potential and one end of the secondary winding (Fig. 10, not shown).
