Abstract
1427653 Hot air or hot gas engines UNITED STIRLING (SWEDEN) AB and CO KB 6 May 1974 19735/74 Heading F1S In a hot air or hot gas engine 1 employing exhaust gas recirculation, a combustion air-flow is established in which the pressure is maintained substantially constant and the portion of the exhaust gases recirculated is introduced into this combustion air-flow. The pressure in the exhaust gas duct 4 is also maintained substantially constant and this duct is connected to the combustion air intake duct 6 through an exhaust gas recirculation duct 12. The supply of fuel is regulated in proportion to the supply of combustion air by means of a lever 9 and governing means (not shown). A valve 13 is controlled by a temperature responsive device 14 and by a micro-switch 15.
