Abstract

1421528 Cheese moulds B T GEESSINK 21 Feb 1974 [23 Feb 1973] 7879/74 Heading A2B A cheese mould has walls of which at least one is made from synthetic plastics and formed with bores 9 which pass from the outside partially through the walls, and communicate with the inside of the mould via one or more relatively fine holes 10, so that they can pass through, the inside surface of the wall being formed with grooves 12. The bores 9 have a diameter of 10 to 20 mm and the holes 10 a diameter of 0.4 to 1.0 mm. The length of the hole 10 is 1.5 to 5 mm. The side walls, top and bottom of the mould may be detachable.
