1412190 Electrically heated seats DAIMLERBENZ AG 18 Sept 1973 [27 Sept 1972] 43784/73 Heading A4H [Also in Division H5] A seat (for a vehicle) has a plurality of heating elements connected together by cables of a length to permit their being inserted individually in pockets in the seat-rest and/or back of the seat. An end 2 of each element contains no heating resistor so that it may be reduced in length if necessary. The elements are connected in series and may be connected to a vehicle battery via a time controlled and/or temperature controlled device.
