Abstract

1406949 Timed switching BENDIX CORP 25 July 1973 [15 Sept 1972] 35416/73 Heading G3T A sonic energy source is cyclically connected to a plurality of loads by a time switching device, the energy source being interrupted at certain time intervals during which the switching takes place. As shown, a sonic generator 14 is sequentially connected through reed relays 32-38 to transducers 40-46 with switching from one transducer to the next after a pre-set delay from the start of an interval, determined by a pulse from a timing generator 10 and during which the sonic generator 14 is turned off. The circuit elements are described in detail with reference to Figs. 2 and 3 (not shown). The transducers may be used in cleaning apparatus.
