1405960 Article dispensing apparatus WARMEX Ltd and A GOLDSTEIN 17 Oct 1972 47712/72 Addition to 1308432 Heading A4T The invention relates to a hand drying appliance having a hot air blower as set forth in Specification 1308432 in which, between the rotatable drive 10 and the pivotable scoop 7 for delivering the bottom towel from a stack T through housing slot 6, the twopart linkage 11 is inter-connected via a spring- loaded piston 25 whereby the linkage may collapse longitudinally if the scoop encounters an obstruction. Slot 6 is normally closed by a spring-loaded hinged flap 21 and the scoop 7 is provided with a secondary discharge plate 23 above and with its leading edge forward the scoop leading edge.
