Abstract

1394761 Electric couplings MULTI-CONTACT AG 3 Sept 1973 [1 Sept 1972] 41354/73 Heading H2E Slits 6 divide a contact element 4 into lamellae 5 joined by borders 7. The lamellae 5 are twisted out of the general plane of the element 4. The borders 7 are folded back on themselves as shown, corrugated (Fig. 3, not shown) or otherwise puckered in order to shorten them and thus increase the number of lamellae 5 per unit length of the element 5. Elements 4 are used to connect two bodies, for example bus-bars (2, 3, Fig. 1, not shown).
