Abstract

1391867 Liquid level indication BENDIBERICA SA 26 Oct 1973 [7 Nov 1972] 50088/73 Heading G1H In a liquid level indicating device in which two electrodes E 1 , E 2 are immersed in a liquid the level of which is to be measured the electrode E 2 is directly connected to the gate electrode of a transistor TR 1 and the source electrode of transistor TR 1 is connected to the base of transistor TR2 the collector of which is connected to a negative source - Vi and the arrangement is such that when the liquid is out of contact with electrodes E 1 , E 2 the device will conduct and an indicator, such as a lamp, buzzer or relay, will operate an audible or visual indicating device. A semi-conductor device is also described with a positive voltage source.
