Abstract

1376613 Fluid-pressure servomotor systems JOHNSON SERVICE CO 18 Nov 1971 [18 Nov 1970] 53682/71 Heading G3P In a diaphragm amplifier, the input signal is applied through a duct 11 to a space 19 while the output is taken from ducts 4, 5 from a space 25 between two orifices 24, 29 arranged in series between a fluid-pressure supply port 31 land an exhaust chamber 22. The pressure in the space 25 may thus be varied above and below that in the chamber 22. A flat spring 15 is clamped at 14 and 16 in overlying relationship with the diaphragm 10 and has a central square portion to cooperate with the orifice 24 supported from its periphery by four L-shaped legs. If the device is connected as shown in Fig.6, the output pressure at port 52 is equal to the signal input pressure at port 39.
