1360580 Protein foods OSCAR MAYER & CO INC 26 Jan 1972 3580/72 Heading A2B A nutrition product having an attractive amino acid profile comprises a mixture containing whey protein and water-soluble collagen-derived protein, the whey protein constituting 10-95wt%, and the collagen protein 5-40wt% of the protein in the mixture. Also present may be soy bean flour, sesame flour, cotton seed flour, wheat germ, debittered brewers or Torula yeast, yeast or bacteria grown on petroleum paraffin, and vegetable oil or animal fat. The product may be used as a component of calf food.
