1359577 Clocks and watches GENERAL TIME CORP 17 Feb 1972 [26 Feb 1971] 7371/72 Heading G3T In a clock or watch lever escapement in which a lever 10 carries a guard pin 42 and a fork 26 which co-operate with a slotted safety roller and an impulse member, respectively, fixed to a balance shaft 36, the safety roller 48 and impulse member 50 are formed as an integral unit 44, preferably of low friction plastics, the unit being force fitted on to the balance shaft.
