Abstract

1352879 Scraper conveyers GEWERKSCHAFT EISENHUTTE WESTFALIA 26 April 1971 [31 Oct 1970] 11284/71 Heading B8A A device for interconnecting the chains and scraper elements of a scraper chain conveyer comprises two similarly shaped parts 1, 2 formed from steel, each part comprising a central portion 4 which abut each other along a plane 5 along which they are welded and two curved portions 6 which receive the oval links of the chains of the conveyer, the plane 5 extending transversely to the direction of the chains, and linear end portions 7 adjoining each of the curved portions 6 and having aligned transverse bores 9 which receive bolts (not shown) with which the scraper elements (not shown) are attached to the portions 7.
