Abstract

1347974 Roof edges F P A PITCHMASTIC Ltd 26 May 1971 [6 June 1970 2 April 1971] 27449/70 and 8797/71 Heading E1W A trimming assembly for roof edges comprises a plurality of interlocking parts 5-8. The part 5 is of non-anodised aluminium and the others of plastics and the part 5 is secured to the edge of the roof before hot asphalt 25 is applied. The web 19 of the part 5 is tapered and may have ribs along the face contacting the asphalt. Any number of elements 7 may be included between the elements 6 and 8. In a modification the part 6 is replaced by two interengageable parts the one of these parts forming the facing together with the elements 7 and 8 are formed with flexible legs which are engaged with rigid channel section clip which are secured to battens on the face of the wall.
