Abstract

1340332 Fusible cut outs JOSEPH LUCAS (INDUSTRIES) Ltd 21 April 1971 [2 May 1970] 21203/70 Heading H2G A fuse is made from a rod of electrically insulating material 11 (e.g. ceramic) and a layer of conducting ink printed or rolled on it, the layer having a pair of circumferential end portions 12 interconnected by a fuse portion 14. The ink is bonded to the rod, so forming the conductive layer, by a firing process. The ink may be a silver conducting ink.
