Abstract

1327938 Food tablets SUCREST CORP 3 Nov 1970 [17 Dec 1969] 52275/70 Heading A2B [Also in Divisions A5 Cl and C3] A composition comprising a major amount of Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2 and a minor amount of locust bean gum is used as a compression aid in forming food tablets. In the examples, tablets are made containing as main ingredients: sugar with lemon, grape, and cherry flavouring; invertase; cocoa and sugar; CaSO 4 , flour and NaH 2 PO 4 . Mg or Ca stearate is included as lubricant.
