Abstract

1323294 Clamps S GRANGER 31 July 1970 [6 Jan 1970] 534/70 Heading E2B A plastics clothes peg consists of a jaw 2 which slides in a body 1 from a releasing position (in broken lines) to a gripping position (in full lines) in which it engages ramps 9 and a cross-bar 6 so as to exert pressure on the line L. Preferably, the jaw is held captive between side walls 3 and by ears 8 engaging stops 7. Serrations 11 facilitate gripping.
