Abstract

1318878 Releasing marker buoys EMI Ltd 10 Aug 1970 [10 Sept 1969] 44725/69 Heading B7A A buoy 2 is releasably attached to a body 8 by pivotably mounted levers 4 having hook ended portions which co-operate with slots 9, 10 in members 1 projecting from the body 8. The levers are constrained to maintain attachment of the buoy to the body by tensioned wire 6 which passes through each lever around the buoy. On release of the tension in the wire by mechanism 7 the buoy is free to move out of engagement with members 1.
