Abstract

1312126 Mobile jib cranes LEO GOTTWALD KG 17 July 1970 [23 July 1969] 34842/70 Heading B8B A mobile jib crane has a jib 12 forming part of a superstructure 7 mounted on a chassis 1 through a turntable 6. A driver's cabin 8 and a craneman's cabin 9 also form part of the superstructure 7 and are combined in to a single unit as a double cabin 11, the driver's cabin 8 facing away from the direction in which the jib 12 extends from the superstructure. The jib 12 is telescopic and rams 24 used for moving a counterweight 22 can position the jib 12 forward for travel. The jib 12 is luffed by rams 19.
