Abstract

1307970 Swimming baths WITTE HAUSTECHNIK GmbH 3 Feb 1970 [6 Sept 1969] 37760/72 Divided out of 1305405 Addition to 1294456 Heading A4N [Also in Division F4] An indoor swimming pool installed as described in Specification 1294456 is modified in that a second heat pump 309 includes heat exchangers 309', 309'" capable of sensing as the evaporator and condenser respectively whereby the heat exchanger 309'" is dispersed in an air duct downstream of the evaporator 302 and condensers 304 of the first heat pump and the heat exchanger 309 may be selectively placed in heat exchange relationship with water in the basin. The heat exchanger 309'is included in abasin water heating circuit 307 or filtering circuit 312. The heat pump 309 is reversible. An air by-pass duct (323, Fig. 1) for the condensers 304, 309"' may be provided.
