Abstract

1304004 Travel cases and trunks WEATHERSHIELDS Ltd 30 Sept 1970 [1 July 1969] 33170/69 Heading B8P A suit case, attache case or a trunk comprises two moulded plastics shells 10, 11 hinged together to form a base and a lid respectively, reinforcing edging frames 12, 13 provided around the edges of the shells 10, 11 and a self-adhesive sealing strip 31 of resilient plastics material secured to a face 30 of the edging frame 13. The sealing strip 31 has a V-shaped crosssectional configuration and mates, as shown, with a nose 17 formed on the edging frame 12.
