1297337 Autogenous mills PREROVSKE STROJIRNY NARODNI PODNIK 2 June 1971 18644/71 Heading B2A An autogenous mill comprises a cylindrical drum having end plates 2 connected by a support structure of lifting vanes 3 and radial arrangements of bars 4, 5 to form a screentype drum. Feed is by one or both end trunnions, e.g. 9, and the drum may be surrounded by a casing (not shown) the lower part of which forms a discharge hopper. The product is taken away by a conveyor and classified, oversize being recycled. The mill may be rotated by end or peripheral drive. The end walls 2 may be armoured as at 7, and the lifting vanes 3 may also be armoured.
