Abstract

1292899 Pressurized dispensing containers RISDON MFG CO 18 Nov 1970 [23 March 1970] 54773/70 Heading F1R A valve for a pressurized dispensing container has a resilient dip tube 60 held between a tube 62 and a lip 74 formed on a sleeve 70 which is also sufficiently resilient to act as a seal under normal discharge pressures but allows fluid to pass into the container at the higher pressures used for filling. A sealing gasket is formed from two or more annular grommets 36, 38 which are pierced with holes or slits 80 and arranged with the holes or slits out of register to provide extra passages for fluid when the container is being filled.
