Abstract
1290808 Open end spinning machines SPINNERETMASCHINENBAU KARL-MARXSTADT VEB 15 June 1971 28015/71 Heading DID In an open end spinning machine opened fibre is fed to the spinning chamber via a duct 7 and passes between the chamber cover 3 and a separating plate 6 in the gap between which a separating element 11 is situated to divide the fibre flow into two streams. The element 11 may be a shoulder integral with either the plate 6 or the cover 3, Fig. 3 (not shown). The element 11 may be flush with the plate surface Figs. 3 and 7 (not shown) or stand proud, Fig. 5 (not shown). (For Figures see next column)
