Abstract

1286189 Charging autoclaves SALA MASKINFABRIKS AB 27 Nov 1970 [3 Dec 1969] 56477/70 Heading B1X Autoclaves for treating pelletized material are arranged in pairs, e.g. A and B, Fig. 2, with their charge openings facing and with a space between them to accommodate the charging containers 2. The containers 2 run on rails into the respective autoclave, and are mounted between the autoclaves in turning devices comprising circular rails 9, Fig. 6, which enable the containers to be inverted for discharge of treated material onto conveyor belt 18. Charging of the containers is effected from a conveyor belt as the container is moved into the relevant autoclave, as shown in Fig. 4.
