Abstract

1284997 Suspending curtains THOMAS FRENCH & SONS Ltd 18 Dec 1970 [28 Jan 1970] 4065/70 Heading A4B A curtain hook comprises a first part, Fig.1 having one or more prongs 11 for engaging a heading tape and a pair of spaced arms 12 each formed with a slot 13, and a second part, Fig.3, having a hook portion 23 with a leg 21 provided with spaced pairs of protrusions 22 which are selectively engaged in the slots 13 to provide an adjustment of the spacing of the hook 23 from the free ends of the prongs 11. The first part includes on its side of the prongs 11 opposite the arms 12 a further pair of arms (18) Fig.2 (not shown) between which curtain pleats are retained. Each of the two parts may be formed in one piece as a plastics moulding.
