1284395 Hollow kerb drainage installations BROADS MFG CO Ltd 5 Aug 1969 [10 Sept 1968] 43002/68 Addition to 1132002 Heading E1G A roadside drainage conduit is formed by a plurality of intercommunicating hollow kerb units A or B each provided with one or more front openings 6 flush with the road surface, together with a kerb drain unit C having a bottom outlet to a drain (not shown). As shown the unit C has a hinged top and is deeper from front to back than the units A or B, units A or B being chosen to correspond with the type of solid kerb D in use. Each kerb unit may be formed with a knock-out end wall.
