Abstract

1,268,900. Reservoir pens. TSUKASA FELT SHOJI K.K. 14 Jan., 1971 [19 Sept., 1970], No. 1824/71. Heading B6P. A nib comprises a flexible sheet 1 having a planar surface 2 and an opposite sawtooth surface formed by individual longitudinally extending triangular segments 3 connected at their bases. Longitudinally extending notches 3b are located in the sides of the segments and longitudinally extending flat portions 3a are located adjacent the apex of each segment. The flexible sheet 1 is formed into a cylindrical core Fig. 2 which is housed in a cylindrical sheath 6. The interior surface of the sheath includes a plurality of longitudinal projections 5 that engage the exterior surface of the core to define longitudinally orientated passageways between the core and the sheath 6.
