Abstract

1,263,350. Phase shifters. FERNSEH G.m.b.H. 18 Sept., 1969 [5 Oct., 1968], No. 46125/69. Heading H2F. In a circuit for continuously adjusting the phase of a voltage Ue, the voltage is fed to an adding stage 24 via two paths 22 and 23 of differing phase displacement, one path 23 including a 120 degrees phase shifter 26 and a variable alternator 27. The adding stage 24 is preferably followed by a limiter 28 and tuned circuit 29. The invention may be applied to the connection of phase of the colour carrier of TV signals. Coarse phase adjustment is achieved by selection of the required number of 60 degrees phase shifters 3 ... 7, which are separated by emitter followers 16 ... 20.
