Abstract
1,261,390. Hospital patients gowns. T. BRADLEY. 22 April, 1969. No. 63478/69. Divided out of 1,261,091. Heading A3V. A disposable patient's gown, for use during examination or surgery, is made from a single sheet of material, such as paper, having a row of perforations 72 between two sealing strips 94 and 74 on reverse sides of the sheet, so that they may seal alternatively with a strip 90 coated on both sides of the sheet. The strips may be of the adhesive used in self-sealing envelopes. After sealing the strip 94 with one side of strip 90, the perforations may be broken to open the gown, which may subsequently be re-sealed by joining strip 74 with the other side of strip 90.
