A motor vehicle rear-view driving mirror comprises a mirror head 10 having a mirror glass 11 carried in a casing 12, the head 10 being angularly adjustably mounted on a support arm 14 by means of a dome and socket joint in which the casing 12 has a dome-like projection 13 which is urged into engagement with a socket member 20 in a boss 15 of the arm 14 by tightening means which includes a bolt member 16 having a head or enlarged portion 17 within the casing 12, and a shank portion 18 which projects out of the casing 12 through an aperture in the dome-like projection 13 and into an aperture in the boss 15, the bolt member 16 also having a locating portion 22 of non-circular cross-section which projects from the head portion 17 towards the mirror glass 11 and engages in a hole of substantially complementary shape in a locating member 23 secured in the casing 12, the arrangement being such that rotation of the bolt member 16 relative to the casing 12 is prevented.
