Abstract

1,254,251. Bearings for rollers. AGFAGEVAERT A.G. 21 April, 1970 [24 April, 1969], No. 18982/70. Heading F2A. A pair of rollers 1, 2 have their shafts la, 2a supported by bearings 3 and 4. A metal band 5 is looped around the bearings at one end of the rollers to urge the bearings toward each other. The force between the rollers may be adjusted by adjusting the tension in the band by rotation of the screw 6.
