1,246,954. Sliding clasp fasteners. OPTIHOLDING A.G. 28 Jan., 1970 [6 March, 1969], No. 4052/70. Heading E2S. A continuous ribbon consists of individual sliding clasp fasteners end-to-end, each having start and end-portions 2, 3 and being separated at 7, a fray-resisting plastics seal or bridge 8 connecting the stringer tapes 5. To facilitate the separation of the ribbon into individual fasteners each bridge 8 is provided with notches or grooves 9.
