Abstract

1,213,038. Two-for-one twisting spindles. PALITEX PROJECT CO. G.m.b.H. 12 Sept., 1968 [21 Sept., 1967], No. 43365/68. Heading D1D. A yarn storage disc for a two-for-one twisting spindle having a yarn outlet 6 with studs 78 of wear resistant material at its outer opening is arranged to have the outlet 6 sealed over its length and the storage disc formed as a single unit. The vertical walls of the outlet 6 preferably diverge outwardly so that fluff is ejected therefrom. The base 9, yarn storage section 10, boss 11 and the walls of outlet 6 may be made by a casting process.
