Cone. - Conical friction clutches and brakes are provided with radial saw-cuts g in the inner or outer member extending into the web of the cone. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also the following additional matter: The split member may have a continuous covering. The angle of the cone may vary between that of a plate and that of a cylinder, in which latter case one member must be provided with a conical entry or other means to allow engagement. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
