1,209,454. Drop-delivering apparatus. FISONS FERTILIZERS Ltd. 15 March, 1968 [31 Jan., 1967], No. 4609/67. Heading B8N A multiple-orifice device for producing droplets of a molten material, wherein the orificse are in the form of nozzles 2 made from a material e.g. P.T.F.E. which is wetted with difficulty by the molten material and through which project rods 3 made from a material e.g. stainless steel, which is easily wetted by the molten material. The devices are mounted in a plate 1 which, in a modification (Fig. 2) can, itself, be made from P.T.F.E., the nozzle portions 2 then being fromed integrally in the plate.
