Abstract

1,198,377. Wall shuttering. BYGGFORBATTRING A.B. 8 May, 1968 [11 May,1967], No. 21749/68. Heading E1S. Shuttering for concrete structures, e.g. walls, with at least one inclined surface, includes a framework 2, 4 carrying shutters 5, 6 which are adjustable in inclination, the framework being moved upwards by means of a jack 9 cooperating with a rod 10 cast into the wall and carrying tapered members 13, 14 which in turn co-operate with rollers 16-19, attached to the framework members and to a beam 1 which rises with the framework, to achieve a horizontal movement of the shutters 5, 6 when the shuttering is raised. In the embodiment of Fig. 3, not shown, the members 13, 14 taper upwardly, and further jacks 20, 21 maintain the rollers in contact with the wedges, i.e. aid the horizontal movement of the shutters.
