Abstract
1,182,125. Washing machines. G. BAUKNECHT ELEKTROTECHNISCHE FABRIKEN G.m.b.H. 23 May, 1967 [31 May, 1966], No. 23985/67. Heading D1A. The charging side of the washing unit of a washing machine is cradled by two shoulders 7 at the ends of a rigid cross-member 3 supported at each end by a shock absorbing leg 2. The washing liquid container 1 is supported at its back by spring means and the legs 2 are pivoted to the base. The cross-member 3 may be heavy, e.g. of cast iron, to provide weighting for the containers.
