1,174,362. Treatment of haemorrhoids. C. M. VAN TONDER. 5 Dec., 1967 [12 April, 1967], No. 55224/67. Heading A5B. A medicinal composition for the treatment of haemorrhoids comprises substantially equal proportions of the active ingredients sulphur, ground diet herbs, ground Helmonts herbs and Stockholm tar. The composition may be in the form of a tablet, for oral administration, which may be coated with a palatable protective substance such as maizena optionally additionally coated with a candyflavoured substance such as cocoa butter.
