Abstract

Cutting-appliances.-A tool for cutting circular washers comprises a post 5 having a pivot point, 6 at one end, a graduated arm 9 extending from the post, a brace 11 connecting the outer end of the arm with the post, and a pair of cutter supports 13 adjustable along the arm, said supports having extensions provided with grooves in their adjacent faces in which the cutters 18 are secured. The device is rotated by means of a crank-handle applied to the upper end of the post.
