Abstract

1,153,242. Monostable circuit. DECCA Ltd. 1 March, 1968 [23 March, 1967], No. 13735/67. Heading H3T. A monostable circuit using normally conducting complementary transistors 10, 11 has its quasi-stable period determined by a capacitor 15 which is arranged to alter its charge during transition to the stable state by current flow through the transistor 10 to whose collector it is connected. The negative input trigger pulse is supplied via a capacitor 17 to turn off the transistor 10, or to the base of a further transistor (not shown) arranged in the emitter path of transistor 10. The output is taken from the collector of 11, and a resistor 19 of less than 100# connected between the transistors, may be omitted. The circuit may be used as a divider.
